I hate giving 5 stars to a business because y’all think that I got paid to do it. Well with that said we are very satisfied with the company and level of service. First of all Nick was great, after hearing how long we had the unit he asked me to verify that the system was out of warranty before I spend my own money. Needless to say I had a crappy 1 yr warranty with a builder’s company that was up. Second his tech Dan took care of business and unclogged the drain, checked the system, and gave me a couple tips to keep the unit working in top form. Once again very satisfied with the service, speed, and professionalism. The service was about 50% off because I bought the $65 voucher on yelp.

Our AC stopped working yesterday morning and we picked this company for service. Glad we did :). The technician came on time, was very professional and knew his trade, instead of up selling us a new unit, as most now do, per reviews, he triple checked the entire system and sorted out the problem, a minor overlooked detail. If we replace our system, this is the company we will DEFINITELY look at first. I would recommend all in the home owners sector to try them.

We were in the process of selling our house and had a few things come up with the buyer’s inspection on our A/C. Some very confusing terms and “problems” that had to be addressed. We contacted Cool Atmosphere and gave them the info over the phone and they knew right away what was being called out. They came out a few days later and took care of all of it at a very reasonable price. The technician was courteous and clearly knew what he was doing as he was able to explain the minor issues to my wife so clearly that she was able to explain them to me later (amazing). After my experience and the reviews of others, I see no reason to go elsewhere next time I need any work done. A the bonus is that it is a locally owned business and so supporting them since they do a great job just makes sense.

Very happy with the whole process. We used Cool Atmosphere because they were referred to us by a friend. They were beyond professional. We needed 2 units installed and they came out, looked around and provided us with their recommendation for moving forward. Their quote was very competitive compared to the others we received. The installers were on time and very nice – they knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done with the time they said they would. They even installed our new Nest thermostats for us. Definitely recommend them – and would definitely use them again!

I called up Nick to repair my furnace after being told by Strand Brothers that it needed to be replaced entirely. After troubleshooting very throughly, turns out it was a relatively easy fix, and it has been working great for the last couple of weeks. Now I know who I am going to call when our A/C goes out this summer. Highly recommended!

It’s a nice feeling to know you can get your AC/Heater fixed quickly, for a fair price, and without a big headache. Usually when something like that breaks you tend to freak out and not know who to call, how long it will take, and if you’ll get taken for a ride. When our heater wouldn’t turn on we knew to call Cool Atmosphere since they took such good care of us with our AC unit last summer. Nick was at our place in an hour (we happen to live in the same neighborhood). He had our ignitor replaced in about 15 minutes and it didn’t cost much at all. He squeezed us in on a Saturday between his hunting trip and volunteering at church. This husband/wife team really goes above and beyond. I am happy to support their business and even happier that we’ve found someone we can count on for our heating and cooling.

My ac unit upstairs went out after it was 109 outside. I was “certain” my fan unit was out. A neighbor recommended someone, but when I called he was all booked up. When I asked for recommendations, he said everyone was really busy, and there are only a very few others he trusts, and he said he’d call me back. He did, with Nick’s number. Nick said he was busy, but would make it by when he could though it would probably be late….; he kept me posted during the day, and then arrived about 6 pm. It took him about 15 minutes to get the unit running. It wasn’t the blower…. it was the capacitor. Nick took the time to also check out the freon and test the amps drawn by the compressors. Nick is focused on the quality of his work and realizes that building relationships with customers is the key to building his clients. He can add me to his list!
